The Second General Congress of the UAC was held in Rome from April 8-13, 2010 at Rocca di papa, Mondomigliore, Rome. The participants of the congress were priests, sisters, and lay faithful numbering about 250. From India there were 32 participants. The conferences and the sharing during the Congress gave the participants inputs as to how to begin UAC in their own parishes and Mission stations, and how it can grow towards the fuller realization of UAC as envisioned by St. Vincent pallotti. It was organized and directed by Fr. Derry Murphy, President of General Coordination Council. The Congress concluded with a pilgrimage in the foot steps of St.Vincent Pallotti and a Concelebrated Eucharist at St. Peters Basilica. During the Homily the Main celebrant Most Rev. Freeman inspired all to imbibe the spirit of St. Vincent pallotti. Fr. George Jacob Palackaparambil participated in the UAC Congress from Prabhu Prakash Province, Nagpur.
